Michael Francis is a veteran of the industry for over 30 years. Michael started doing tertiary qualifications in software development but has spent his career working with infrastructure. Michael loves solving problems in creative ways while maintaining a structured approach to ensure that solutions center on the desired outcomes.

Michael has worked for VMware for the past 15 years in both pre-sales technical as well as post-sales technical roles. He became VCDX certified in 2010 #42; and TOGAF certified in 2014.

Michael tries to support his local VMware User Group as well as speak at other conferences such as VMWorld. Michael is also a VMware Office of CTO Global Field member and runs a program to mentor and grow other VMware team members.
