As a Customer Success Architect at VMware, Phoebe Kim helps customers design and adopt solutions based on VMware technology to solve business challenges. Previously, Phoebe worked in technology consulting, where she was responsible for managing projects and leading teams of engineers and developers. Phoebe has two VCDX certifications (network virtualization and data center virtualization) in addition to various technical certifications from AWS and Cisco.

When she is not busy with work or learning new technologies, Phoebe enjoys creating models for 3D printing and playing violin and piano at various events around the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
